1. Who owns this website

This website belongs to Somia Digital (Joan Cama Ribot), hereinafter «Somia Digital», «we» or «the owner».

This information is provided in compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

2. What this website is

pattio.app is the site that presents Pattio, an application for iPhone, iPad and Mac. The site explains what the app does, where to download it, and publishes the legal documents.

Nothing is sold here, nobody signs up here and no account is opened here. Pattio is downloaded from the Apple App Store, and everything the app does it does on the device of whoever has it installed.

There is a second website, the guest portal (pattio-convidats.netlify.app), which is the page that opens when someone sends you a link shared from Pattio. This legal notice covers both.

3. Intellectual property in this site

The text, images, illustrations, design, code and any other element of this website belong to Somia Digital or to its licensors, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Pattio, its logo and Somia Digital are distinctive signs of the owner.

What you may do without asking us: link to this site, and quote extracts for information or teaching purposes while citing the source, under article 32 of the consolidated text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act.

What you need our permission for: reproducing, distributing, communicating to the public or transforming this content for any other purpose, especially a commercial one.

What is on the guest portal is not ours. The content of a shared board belongs to the person who created it and shared it; we only carry it and serve it while they keep it shared (§13 of the Terms). The third-party software Pattio includes has its own licences, listed in the project’s licence file.

4. Where each thing lives

This page does not replace any of the documents below, nor does it summarise them: the conditions for using the app are in the Terms; the processing of data is in the Privacy policy.

5. Liability regarding this website

This site is informational. We do our best to keep what it says accurate and up to date, and we may modify or update it when needed.

Links that lead away from here — to the App Store, to other people’s documentation and to any other third-party page — are not ours: we do not control their content or their practices, and linking to them does not mean we endorse them.

Liability regarding the Pattio app and the cloud service is governed by §11 of the Terms and conditions (/termes), which is where it is written out in full detail and with all its limits.

6. Governing law and contact

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in another European Union member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of your own country’s law.
